Risk Assessment

Risk Assessment:

Hazard:
Risk:
Prevention:
Bike, scooter, skateboard, roller-skates

During the video we plan to ride these but there is a risk of Falling off them
We will make sure that the ground is flat so it minimizes the risk of falling over and that we are all skilled riding them
Instruments

When playing the instruments there is a risk of dropping them(e.g. the guitars) and landing on ourselves
We will make sure the instruments are strapped on and won’t fall from our hands
Wall

We plan to have someone sitting on the wall with a mask on so they could fall down as they might not be able to see properly
We will make sure the person isn’t too high up to minimize the injury risk and that we will make the eyeholes bigger so that he can see and is aware of his surroundings
Stage

We will be performing on a stage and since its dark, there is a risk of falling off the stage
We will put tape around the stage that won’t be in camera shot so that we will be aware of the edges and not fall from them and try and keep stationary when performing.
Electrical equipment

As the guitars and microphone are electric, there is a risk of being shocked if the cables have holes in them.
We will check all the instruments and electrical sockets for any leaks or holes that become a threat to us
Cables

Since there are instruments on stage, there are lots of instrument cables on the stage which are easy to trip over
We will tape down the cables to the floor so they won’t stick out from the ground
